January Newsletter

Thank you all for being with us going into 2018! We are very excited about what we have achieved, what we continue to strive for, and what we have to look forward to in the coming year. It would not be possible without your support, so the staff and ownership of Deerfield send out our sincerest of gratitude.

Golf Course News
The golf course will be undergoing some limb removal in the coming winter months, so please excuse areas where the staff may be working. This will mainly be on the back 9. There are no events on the course planned until March.

Clubhouse News
There will be a Valentine’s Dinner on Wednesday, February 14th for all interested in attending. Details are still being worked out at this time concerning the menu and pricing. Postings will be made throughout the clubhouse as well as on the Deerfield Facebook page as soon as information is available. Please be sure to thank Tara, Dennett, Joyce, and Tiffany for all their hard work in dressing up the clubhouse. It is heading in a truly amazing direction.

Billing News
In the past few months, you have noticed some changes in our billing practices. A big thank you goes out to Holly for making this happen. We hope we have eliminated most of the errors and confusion that led to this change. We would like to have our records and balances as current as possible after January, so if there are any changes that need to be made to your account, please let us know. Beginning March 1st, any account that is 30 days past due will lose the ability to charge items to that account until the balance becomes current. Any account that is 60 or more days past due will lose membership privileges. If you need assistance in arranging a payment plan, please call Holly and we will work out a suitable solution.

Thank you to all members who were gracious enough to donate to the employee Christmas bonus fund. We were able to give all employees a substantial amount to assist with their Christmas expenses. You are the best members in the business.
